Directional boring rig setting up next to a concrete driveway

Driveway & Sidewalk Boring in Northwest Florida

Cutting your driveway to run one line is expensive, messy and never looks the same afterward. Directional boring gets the job done underneath instead. We bore beneath concrete, pavers, asphalt, sidewalks and landscaping and leave the surface untouched.

What is directional boring?

Directional boring (also called horizontal directional drilling, or HDD) is a trenchless way to install pipe, conduit or cable underground. We set up on one side of your driveway, steer a drill head beneath it, and pull your line back through the finished bore. Only two small entry and exit pits are dug, and both are filled and cleaned up when we finish.

What we bore for

  • Electrical conduit for detached garages, shops, gates and outdoor lighting
  • Fiber optic and low-voltage lines
  • Water and irrigation lines
  • Sleeves for future utilities
  • Generator and pool equipment feeds

Why bore instead of cutting concrete

  • Lower cost. No saw cutting, demolition, hauling or repouring.
  • No patch lines. Your driveway and sidewalk stay in one piece.
  • Faster. Most residential bores are done in a few hours.
  • Less disruption. You can usually still use your driveway the same day.

Who we work with

Homeowners, electricians, plumbers, pool and irrigation companies, home builders and internet providers across Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, Escambia and Bay counties.
